Responsibilities:



Effective Communication: Utilize strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English to sell villas, apartments, and plots.



Market Expertise: Develop and leverage a deep understanding of Pune's real estate market and geography.



Sales Activities:

+ Engage with clients daily to promote and sell real estate products.
+ Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture client relationships.
+ Maintain CRM systems accurately.
+ Schedule and conduct 6-8 site visits weekly.

### Requirements


Qualifications:

+ Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales.
+ Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Hindi and English.
+ Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Pune's real estate market.
+ Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to contact clients regularly, follow up diligently, and manage CRM systems effectively.
