Rohaan Constructions, a leading real estate developer specializing in villas and apartments construction, is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join with us and drive our team to grow the business. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, promotional activities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Real Estate Sales Manager at Rohaan Constructions, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading our sales team to achieve their goals and exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring sales agents, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Train new sales agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales agents, providing feedback, coaching, and support to help them achieve their goals.

Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the buying and selling process.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
