Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote our properties and generate leads.
  • Documentation: Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales at a developer site.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
