We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships in the competitive real estate market.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
2. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure strong market presence.
3. Client Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of market trends
5. Training and Development : Provide training, guidance, and support to sales agents to enhance their skills and maximize their potential.
6. Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions.
7. Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
8. Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting sales performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
