As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential plots, villas, and flats to potential clients. Drawing on your previous experience working with a building firm, you will utilize your knowledge of the real estate market, property values, and construction processes to assist clients in making informed decisions. Your key duties will include:
  • Identifying and reaching out to prospective clients.
  • Conducting property viewings and site visits.
  • Providing detailed information about available properties, including pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Assisting clients with the negotiation and closing process.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
