Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our dynamic team at Banke International Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing real estate solutions to clients, including sales, and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential real estate clients. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers. Provide consultation and advice to clients on real estate transactions, including lease agreements, sale, and acquisition. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on the benefits of buying or selling properties. Work with legal teams to ensure that all transactions are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Keep up to date with market trends, pricing, and regulations affecting real estate. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
