Role & responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Fostering client relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying updated on market trends.
• Present and showcase luxury properties to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting the retail real estate industry.
• Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to facilitate a transparent and efficient workflow.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Skills / Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• A minimum of 1-4 years of real estate - Retail B2C Sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with clients and team members
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with HNI clients.
• An understanding of the real estate market and trends in the retail segment
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Area Knowledge: South Mumbai

Excellent english communication

Salary Bracket: ( 6.5 to 9.6 LPA)
