We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Executive Representatives to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Job Responsibilities: . Work with buyers and Chanel Partners properties throughout the area. Handle both inbound/ outbound calls. Maximize revenue generation and lead closures. Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution. Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing. Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, and lead generation services. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Establish and maintained good relations with all clients Participate in the company\'s sales strategy Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills to work independently and manage projects
Minimum 1-2-year experience in similar field or capacity.
Strong organisation & scheduling skills
Candidates must be organised, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
