Day to day responsibilities:
1. Convincing prospective clients.
2. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
3. Generate new business leads and opportunities globally.
4. Achieve or exceed revenue targets.
5. Sending details of new properties on the market to people in your database.
6. Working actively on the scheduled appointments with clients.
7. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair & honest dealing.
8. Generate leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities.
