ASSET DEALS LLP We are currently seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our sales team and contribute to our continued success. : As a Real Estate Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales and revenue generation for our firm. You will be responsible for prospecting, networking, and closing deals with clients interested in buying or leasing real estate properties in Gurgaon. You will work closely with property owners, developers, and potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences and facilitate successful transactions. Role & responsibilities 1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms. 2. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry. 3. Conduct property inspections, evaluate property value, and provide accurate and timely information to clients. 4. Assist clients in identifying suitable properties that meet their criteria, including location, size, budget, and amenities. 5. Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and offer presentations, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for all parties involved. 6. Follow up with prospective clients, answer inquiries, address concerns, and provide personalized assistance throughout the buying or leasing process. 7. Prepare and review sales contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents in collaboration with legal and administrative teams. 8. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulatory requirements affecting the real estate sector in Gurgaon. 9. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. 10. Represent the company at property exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional events to showcase available properties and attract potential clients. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field. 2. Proven track record of success in real estate sales, preferably in a brokerage firm. 3. Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Gurgaon, including property types, neighborhoods, and pricing trends. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. 7. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients. 8. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and real estate.
