Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate the team and achieve high levels of productivity.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Sales Operations:
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and transactions.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales efforts and promotional activities.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from sales targets.
