As a mid-level position, the role demands strong interpersonal skills and profound knowledge of the real estate market. This is a full-time role where you will play a pivotal part in driving sales and achieving targets. You will work closely with clients to understand and fulfill their property needs.Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential clients to discuss their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research and property analysis to provide clients with valuable insights and options.
  • Site Visit, negotiate and close property deals, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Network with industry professionals and participate in real estate events to expand business opportunities.
