We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Expert to join our team and drive sales in the hotel, Resort and cottage segment.

Role Overview: As the Real Estate Hotel, Resort, and Cottages Sales Expert, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing sales opportunities for hotel and cottage properties within our portfolio. You will leverage your expertise in real estate sales, market analysis, and client relationships to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for hotel and cottage properties.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and clients based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and agents to generate leads and secure sales opportunities.

Property Representation:

• Showcase hotel and cottage properties to prospective buyers through property tours, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct property assessments, valuations, and due diligence processes to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
• Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, providing personalized service and support to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients on market trends, property listings, and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and legal professionals, to facilitate transactions and referrals.

Market Analysis:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to identify opportunities and risks within the hotel and cottage segment.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess demand, pricing dynamics, and investment potential for hotel and cottage properties.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on pricing strategies, product positioning, and market positioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in real estate sales, with a focus on hotel and cottage properties.
• Strong understanding of real estate principles, market dynamics, and transaction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools, including MLS databases, CRM systems, and financial modeling software.
• Flexibility to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed to accommodate client schedules and business demands.
