Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in New Town, Kolkata . The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Lead Generation:
• Identify potential clients through various sources like referrals, networking, and online platforms.
• Provide clients with detailed information about available properties and help them choose the right one according to their needs.
• Develop a pipeline of leads and consistently follow up to convert them into sales.
• Conduct property site visits for prospective clients and address any questions or concerns.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Guide clients through the property buying process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Market Knowledge:
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market in New Town, Kolkata, and surrounding areas.
• Understand the competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Sales Targets & Reporting:
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals:
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients in a professional manner, ensuring both the client's and company's interests are met.
• Close deals efficiently, ensuring smooth documentation and contract signing.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other teams (marketing, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transactions.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements:
• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
• Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate sales is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property valuation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and property management tools.
• Personal Attributes:
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Real estate certification is a plus.
• Language Proficiency:
• Fluency in English and Bengali is preferred.
• Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
