We are seeking experienced Real Estate Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of experience in the particular real estate field sales, with a proven track record of success.
The major responsibilities include:
• Candidate should be based in Kolkata.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred is advantageous.
• Timely and persistent follow-up is crucial for converting leads into successful transactions.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Required Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2- 4years of experience in the real estate field is mandate.
• Utilize hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
