Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They will also maintain relationships with clients, provide information and guidance, and stay updated about market trends and property listings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Knowledge of the local real estate market
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,414.14 - ?37,244.45 per month
