Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers and investors through various marketing channels, including property tours, open houses, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless buying or selling experience.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met to the satisfaction of both parties.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient sales process.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, property values, and sales processes.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Valid real estate license [if applicable]
