1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, such as property owners, landlords, or prospective buyers, with the aim of generating leads and promoting real estate services.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through phone conversations. Gather information about their real estate needs, preferences, and budget to determine if they are viable prospects for the company's services.
3. Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain regular contact with potential clients. This involves building relationships, answering queries, and providing information about available properties or services.
4. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for clients to meet with real estate agents or visit properties. Coordinate with the appropriate team members to ensure a smooth appointment booking process.
5. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and lead information in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. This includes recording call details, updating contact information, and noting client preferences.
