UTL IT SOLUTIONS is seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Noida Sector 135. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate sales and possess a strong knowledge of ongoing real estate projects in Noida and Greater Noida. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Management:
Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Present and promote ongoing real estate projects in Noida and Greater Noida to prospective buyers.
Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase properties to clients.
Market Research:
Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and new projects in the region.
Gather and analyze data on local real estate developments to provide clients with accurate information.
Lead Generation:
Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and advertising.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate property prices and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Assist clients throughout the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final closing.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of ongoing real estate projects in Noida and Greater Noida.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
