We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Experience : 4 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell residential properties to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling all aspects of the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?53,343.65 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift
Experience:
• Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
