As a Real Estate Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate operations by visiting various field locations, generating leads, and executing real estate-related tasks. You will be responsible for identifying potential properties, assessing their viability, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our real estate ventures.
Responsibilities:
Property Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections of properties to assess their condition, features, and market value.
Client Meetings: Meeting with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and requirements for buying, selling, or renting properties.
Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor analysis to provide informed advice to clients.
Listing Presentations: Creating compelling listing presentations to showcase properties to potential buyers or renters.
Negotiation Skills: Negotiating terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Documentation : Handling all paperwork and documentation involved in property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Networking: Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including other agents, brokers, lenders, and legal professionals.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address potential issues or challenges that may arise during property transactions, finding solutions to ensure a smooth process for clients.
Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and guiding them through every step of the real estate transaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management. (2 Year Min)
• Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, trends, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Real estate licensure or certification (preferred).
Salary: up to 30,000/- plus incentive
