ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Sales Executive skilled in driving high-value sales closures within the real estate market. This role is centered on achieving sales targets through strategic lead conversion and exceptional client management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Closures:
Lead high-ticket sales efforts, focusing on converting leads into successful closures efficiently.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement through final contract signing, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Identify client investment needs and match them with appropriate company offerings.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Lead Management & Follow-Up:
Diligently manage and follow up on qualified leads, maximizing closure rates.
Utilize CRM tools to track lead progression, manage sales pipelines, and monitor follow-ups.
Reporting & Target Achievement:
Prepare accurate reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, reporting sales performance metrics regularly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Sales Revenue Achievement:
Achieve 100% or more of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead Conversion Rate:
Maintain a lead-to-sale conversion rate of 20% or higher.
Sales Cycle Time:
Average time from lead to closure within a set number of days, aimed at optimizing the sales cycle for quicker revenue realization.
Client Satisfaction Score:
Achieve a minimum client satisfaction score of 85% post-sale, ensuring a positive client experience.
Follow-Up Rate:
Conduct follow-ups within 24 hours for all qualified leads, ensuring a consistent and proactive engagement strategy.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Revenue Generation:
Directly contribute to the companys revenue by meeting or exceeding set sales quotas.
Client Conversion & Retention:
Successfully convert high-value leads and maintain client relationships for potential future investments.
Pipeline Management:
Effectively manage and prioritize sales pipelines to optimize lead conversion and minimize lost opportunities.
Efficient Sales Cycle:
Reduce average sales cycle time by effectively managing follow-ups and client interactions to drive timely closures.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Provide accurate and timely sales reports, enabling better sales forecasting and resource planning.
QUALIFICATIONS AND MUST HAVE:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in real estate sales with a focus on high-ticket sales closures.
Sales Skills: Proficiency in closing deals, strong negotiation skills, and client engagement.
Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Education: Bachelors degree preferred, though strong real estate sales track records are prioritized.
