Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and connect with potential clients for property sales and leasing.

? Conduct property site visits, presentations, and negotiations.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.

? Understand client requirements and provide personalized property solutions.

? Generate leads through networking, digital marketing, and referrals.

? Coordinate property documentation, agreements, and legal formalities.

? Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

? Use CRM tools, WhatsApp, and social media for client management and follow-ups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
