Profile Introduction:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and helping clients buy, sell, or lease properties. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Consult with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and financing options.
• Manage and update property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Prepare property brochures and marketing materials.
• Conduct property showings for prospective buyers or tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the properties.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, or landlords and tenants, to achieve favorable terms for all parties. Prepare and review contracts and agreements.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive activity. Provide market insights and recommendations to clients and the sales team.
Profile Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or licenses are required.
• Proven experience of 2-5 years in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and a solid understanding of the real estate market.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software.
• Ability to analyze market data and trends.
