Position Overview:
Mauli Sai Developers Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and be responsible for driving property sales, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets from initial contact through to closure.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on properties and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide clients with guidance and support throughout the buying process.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• End-to-End Sales Process:
- Handle the entire sales process from initial contact to closure.
- Conduct initial client calls to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings.
- Follow up with clients, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales.
• Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand clients' needs and present solutions that meet their requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
