As a Real Estate Sales Executive with 1 year of experience in commercial and housing properties, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating property transactions for our clients. You will play a key role in understanding clients' needs, guiding them through the buying or selling process, and ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Client Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients interested in commercial and residential properties.
• Understand clients' preferences, budget, and requirements to recommend suitable properties.
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients about available properties, market conditions, and legal requirements.
• Property Marketing and Sales:
• List commercial and residential properties for sale or rent.
• Create and execute effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the closing process.
• Market Analysis and Research:
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory.
• Analyze market comparables and provide pricing recommendations to clients.
• Monitor competition and identify new business opportunities.
