•Position:• Sales Executive

•Location:• Mathura, Uttar Pradesh

•Salary:• ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month

•Qualifications:• MBA

•Experience:• 3 to 6 years

### •Responsibilities:•

1. •Sales and Marketing:•

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research.

- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and their needs.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.

2. •Client Relationship Management:•

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure positive client experiences.

- Follow up on leads and maintain a client database.

3. •Administrative Duties:•

- Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities, such as documentation, reporting, and data entry.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and agreements.

4. •Property Management:•

- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential buyers.

- Assist clients in understanding property features, benefits, and the buying process.

- Negotiate property prices and terms to close sales deals.

5. •Reporting and Analysis:•

- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement action plans based on analysis to enhance sales performance.

- •Education:• MBA from a recognized institution.

- •Experience:• 3 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

- •Skills:•

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
