1. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for residential or commercial properties.
Convert leads into successful sales through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
Upsell or cross-sell property options based on client preferences.
2. Lead Generation and Management
Identify potential clients through networking, advertising, and digital marketing channels.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently to nurture client relationships.
Attend property expos, trade fairs, and events to build a network of prospects.
3. Client Relationship Management
Understand client needs and provide personalized property solutions.
Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Address and resolve client concerns or queries professionally.
4. Property Presentation
Organize property site visits for potential buyers.
Present and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of properties.
Provide in-depth knowledge about the neighborhood, infrastructure, and future developments.
5. Market Research and Analysis
Monitor real estate market trends, including pricing, competitors, and new projects.
Provide market insights to clients to assist in informed decision-making.
Maintain knowledge of legal and financial procedures related to real estate transactions.
6. Documentation and Reporting
Assist clients with legal and financial paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions.
Submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
7. Collaboration with Teams
Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with brokers, agents, and developers to maximize property sales.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.
8. Customer Experience Enhancement
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Handle post-sale inquiries and ensure smooth property handover.
Gather feedback to improve services and offerings.
9. Compliance and Ethics
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
Uphold ethical practices in all dealings with clients and stakeholders.
10. Self-Development
