Key Responsibilities

• Market Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Dubai's luxury real estate market to identify and present high-value investment opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, encouraging their participation in renowned international property expos.
• Global Representation: Represent White Collar Realty at prestigious property expos worldwide, engaging with prospective clients and showcasing premium investment opportunities.
• Tailored Investment Guidance: Provide customized property investment solutions that align with clients' financial goals and preferences.
• Sales Facilitation: Guide clients through the property acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
• Lead Conversion: Effectively manage client inquiries, turning potential leads into successful transactions.
• Client Retention: Build long-term relationships by fostering trust, loyalty, and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Open to recent graduates and experienced professionals.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.

• Location: Success Tower, Unit 418, 4th Floor, Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana 122102
• Workdays: 6 days a week
• Work Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
• Mode: On-site only
