About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. The role is primarily desk-based, with opportunities to engage in various real estate activities, including client interactions and a bit of documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Professionally handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Property Documentation: Maintain organized records of properties, site activities, and client interactions.
• Photography & Inventory Management: Capture property photos/videos and manage detailed inventory records.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with proficiency in English.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable.
• Comfortable using smartphones for photography, videography, and data entry.
• Enthusiastic and eager to grow within the real estate industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: ?25,000 (negotiable based on interview performance) .
