Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Gain in-depth knowledge of Dubai's luxury real estate market to identify premium investment opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, encouraging participation in prestigious international property expos.
• Expo Representation: Represent White Collar Realty at global property expos, connecting with potential clients and presenting exclusive investment opportunities.
• Personalized Investment Advice: Offer tailored investment solutions based on clients' unique objectives and preferences.
• Sales Process Facilitation: Guide clients through the property buying process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
• Lead Conversion: Manage and convert prospective client leads into successful transactions.
• Client Retention: Build long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty, trust, and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A client-focused approach with the ability to establish trust and rapport.

• Workdays: 6 days a week
• Work Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
