Profile

We are seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry to join our team. The Real Estate Sales Executive will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through phone, email communications and field visits. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate.

Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Gurugram

Work Schedule: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, 6 Days a week, Tuesday would be an off.

Responsibilities

• Conduct presales activities, including market research, competitor analysis, and client needs assessment, to understand customer requirements and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Set appointments with consultants and other relevant stakeholders to discuss potential collaboration opportunities, gather insights, and align strategies for maximizing sales effectiveness.
• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and other sales activities.
• Conduct field visits to properties, assess their market value, and gather relevant information for listings.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying and contacting individuals or organizations interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Listen to client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements and facilitate the closing process in collaboration with real estate agents and other stakeholders.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including interactions with clients, property details, and sales progress, using CRM software or other sales tools.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide knowledgeable advice and guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, with 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
