Job Description

The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales revenue in the real estate sector. The RM will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, providing expert advice, and facilitating real estate transactions. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including developers, investors, property owners, and tenants.
• Understand client needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions and recommendations.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, regulations, and policies.
