We are now expanding our horizons by launching a new Real Estate division. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales in this new venture.

Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales efforts of our new Real Estate division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales and a passion for the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve team goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, regulations, and industry developments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
