Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to potential customers over the phone, pitch our products or services, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products or services.

- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.

- Listen to customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

- Freshers and Female candidates are welcome.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
