RESPONSIBILITY:
• Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
• Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.
• Evaluate the clients' desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
• Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
• Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.
• Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
• Sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop sales strategies and visualize the set targets till the accomplishment.
• Sound understanding of all the valuation approaches and its application to various property types like: office, retail, etc.
• Performing in-depth client, industry, market and competitor research.
• Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy.
• Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities. Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters, updates & follow ups.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
