Job Overview:
A Real Estate Sales Executive, is someone who assists clients in the buying and selling of property. The main responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Executive include drafting up offers for home sales, providing guidance to clients, and working with clients to get their homes ready to sell.
Responsibilities:
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
Nurturing leads to convert them to clients and firm deals
Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Maintaining ongoing client relationships and networking for repeat business
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions
Delivering exceptional customer service to drive buyer satisfaction
Staying updated on real estate trends and news
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role
Expert knowledge of the real estate market and best practices
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Exceptional verbal as well as written communication skills.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
