Real Estate Sales Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling residential and commercial properties and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling, and marketing efforts
- Showcase properties to potential buyers and negotiate sales
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and transactions
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in real estate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Own Vehicle is mandatory.
We are hiring the candidates those are staying nearby area of Dwarka, Uttam Nagar, Janakpuri only.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
