Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive(Telecalling)

Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi

Gender: Female

Salary Range: ?12,000 to ?18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing:
• Identify potential clients and establish relationships to drive sales.
• Market and promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Client Consultation:
• Provide guidance and assistance to buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Property Management:
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
• Market Research:
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Conduct research and analysis on property prices and market trends.
• Negotiation:
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Customer Service:
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Pleasant and trustworthy.
• MS Office familiarity.

Educational Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills:

• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
