Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect and cultivate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present and promote properties to prospective buyers.
• Assist clients in determining property values and market conditions.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, and disbursement of funds.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
