- Show properties to potential buyers, guiding them through the buying process, and assisting with paperwork and negotiations.- Proactively initiates and engages in sales calls to new prospects within the real estate market.- Assist in closing property deals by coordinating requirements and facilitating transactions.- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.- Calling potential buyers, providing basic information and arranging personal meeting with Sales Manager.- Regular follow ups.- Protects the organizations reputation and assets by keeping information confidential.- Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.- Develop and implement strategies for new services.- Identifies new opportunities by analyzing market trends and understanding client property requirements.- Assists in the establishment of annual sales goals and actively works towards achieving monthly targets.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per monthSchedule:
