APPLICANT MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEARS PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE SALES.



• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Present and showcase properties to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting the retail real estate industry.
• Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to facilitate a transparent and efficient workflow.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
