  • Sales profile into real estate market (Field Sale
  • Lead will be provided by the company & also have to generate leads through cold calls
  • Complete 20 to 35 on-field meetings in a day
  • Meeting assigned sales
  • To generate leads from given database & Identify decision makers within
  • targeted leadsand initiate the sales process.
  • To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the
company\'s products and services.
  • To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on
daily basis.to time-bound closure.
  • To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch
  • To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company\'s payment terms.
  • Closing the lead & revenue collection
  • Login sales as per the prescribed format as instructed by reporting manager
  • Sending Daily sales report to the manager in the respective group.
  • Able to maintain relationship with existing customers and able to retain them
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
  • Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
  • Maintain contacts with financial center personnel, professionals and personal contacts to build referrals.Responsible for achievement of targets, acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily / monthly targets. Able to do field work Sales, Marketing, Field WorKComplete field work
  • value properties and advise on market rent levels. arrange viewing appointments and show clients around properties. negotiate between buyers and sellers. work with professionals like surveyors, solicitors and conveyancers
