Role Description UTLHOMES, located in Noida, is looking for a full-time Real Estate Sales professional to join their team.This is an on-site role where the sales professional will be responsible for selling properties, conducting market research and analysis, networking with potential clients, building a strong client base in the local region, and contributing to the growth of the company.Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Sales, Real Estate or a related field is a plus. New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and other sales-related tools is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques
  • Bachelors degree is preferred, but not mandatory
