Responsibilities:

- Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and transactions between buyers and sellers.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals.

- Utilize various channels (online listings, networking, referrals) to source potential clients and properties.

- Ensure all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role with a successful track record.

- Strong understanding of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

- Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for property visits.

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
