Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the real estate sales team, setting clear objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall business goals to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce capable of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to adjust sales strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess the performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations for high-value real estate transactions, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and ensuring successful closings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team productivity to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Requirements:
• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in real estate sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
