Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential buyers to understand their property requirements and provide personalized property solutions.
  • Property Showcasing: Organize and conduct site visits and property tours for potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of real estate developers, brokers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate property deals to achieve the best possible terms for clients while meeting company targets.

Qualifications:
