The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to help improve offerings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
