• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Prospect potential clients and conduct sales presentations to showcase our real estate solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the company.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends and industry news.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.
