1.Actively establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, listening to their needs, and addressing their concerns
2.Manage client accounts and act as the key unique point of contact from the Project.
3.Collaborate across departments such as sales, Post sales and ensure that the client's needs are being met and Grievances if any , should be addressed.
4.Generate new business and revenue opportunities through reference from existing customer and motivate them for Srijan connect referral program.
5.He/ she should be flexible for travelling to meet and interacting with the existing customer and create a group presentation, corporate presentations and road shows.
