  • 1.Actively establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, listening to their needs, and addressing their concerns
  • 2.Manage client accounts and act as the key unique point of contact from the Project.
  • 3.Collaborate across departments such as sales, Post sales and ensure that the client's needs are being met and Grievances if any , should be addressed.
  • 4.Generate new business and revenue opportunities through reference from existing customer and motivate them for Srijan connect referral program.
  • 5.He/ she should be flexible for travelling to meet and interacting with the existing customer and create a group presentation, corporate presentations and road shows.
